business background in the management arena, securing his first
management position at age twenty-three. He helped several companies
grow from small Start-ups to major players in their markets. He
assisted with sixteen acquisitions within a five year period,
leading their people through the stress of change. Larry helped
conceptualize, develop and implement training programs for four
companies, following through with the successful field
implementation. These experiences make him an expert in the field of
Change Management and Leadership.
While working on acquisitions and mergers, Larry was also a
multiple-unit Operations Manager running the most profitable
operations in the company. He has received over thirty awards for
operational excellence. Soon he was being asked to assist in the
improvement of underperforming markets around the country. The
successful turnaround of those markets led the new Director of
Training to model his T.E.A.M. program, a troubleshooting group,
sent to problem areas after Larry's example.
Larry
is also an experienced entertainer. He is an award winning
actor and veteran of fifty plus performances. He is a former board
member of Shoestring Productions, a performing arts organization
dedicated to fund raising for the Pennsylvania Council for the Arts,
as well as the University of Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund. As an
Artist in Residence for The Rainbow Childrenčs Theater Group, he
helped train teens in both the performance and technical aspects of
theatre arts.
Accomplished in field leadership and employee skill enhancement,
Larry possesses several certificates in specialized management
training from some
of
the top trainers in the country. He is certified to train all the
High Performance Programs including Principles, Leadership, Teams,
Assessments and Strategy, as well as Self Mastery and The Trust
Factor through 360 Solutions in Waco, Texas and The Center for
Organizational Design in Denver,
Colorado.
Larry uses his business knowledge and theatre training to give
